Tips and tidbits to help you get the most out of your stay

Alma Mater Tervis Tumblers!

One of The Greenbryan's most unique and practical traditions is serving guests their drinks in their university's Tervis Tumbler. This way your beverage stays insulated, your hand doesn't get cold, you don't need to find a coaster to put your drink down, there won't be broken glass if there's an accident, and you'll never be wondering which drink is yours!

Please call ahead to ensure we  have your school's Tumbler stocked, which has required a gift to the school in certain situations.

02

Beware of High Tides!

Much of the estate is just a few feet above sea level, so oftentimes the yard becomes part of the river. But not to worry, both residences are built well above sea level so you can watch the ducks swimming in the back yard with peace of mind!

Extended Stays Welcome!

The Bunkhouse was built in part to make it more comfortable for longer term guests.  Ask about our six month "Pandemic Package" where guests receive full reign of the Bunkhouse, all meals prepared, exclusive use of the business center and four hours of baby-sitting per day all for the standard One Game of Rook rate.

04

Baby Making!

Believe it or not, this is something the Greenbryan has become known for! If you're a happily married couple looking for a surprise, you just might find it here...

05

Decent Coffee in the Bunkhouse!

Babs and Bon don't like coffee, but are coffee tolerant. Unfortunately, "there's only space for"  a pot big enough for two cups at a time in the main house. Not to worry, the Bunkhouse is stocked to serve all of your most basic coffee needs. In related news, the closest Starbucks is 19 minutes away.

05

Plan Ahead if You Like Beer!

The Greenbryan stocks two types of beer:

1. Red Stripe because it fits nicely in the mini-fridge

2. Yuengling because it tastes decent and is cheap

If you're looking to enjoy something else, we recommend bringing it yourself.

Koozies Are Not Optional!

Another favorite Greenbryan tradition is creating koozies for all special events held at the property. They provide insulation for your beverage of choice, keep your hands at room temperature, and serve as a keepsake to remember the special occasion. Truly the perfect party favor.

Note: Koozies requirement does not apply when using a Tervis Tumbler.

07

We're Dog Neutral!

To say that dogs are welcome at The Greenbryan would be a bit of an overstatement. However, dogs are invited to enjoy everything the resort has to offer if that's what's needed in order for the dog's parents to come visit us. It should be noted that keeping pets alive is the owner's responsibility, and not at all in the scope of your human hosts.

08

There's Multiple Business Centers!

The Greenbryan welcomes guests who have to work hard in order to play hard. We have multiple business centers where guests have productively  built software, sold software, developed corporate HR strategies for  companies that build and sell software, designed corporate trainings, granted and revoked medical licenses, led multiple Clubs and everything in between.

09

Check Expiration Dates!

The Greenbryan takes a lot of pride in being "green", particularly when it comes to not wasting food. Your hosts are expert freezer-people and will ensure your prepared food is safe to eat. But our regular guests know it's a resort best practice to double check all beverages and packaged food before assuming its still human-grade.

Main House TV is Impossible!

While the Greenbryan has made significant monetary investments in the Main House entertainment center, it has yet to become intuitive to anyone other than Bon. Thus, we recommend just heading to the bunkhouse for any unsupervised TV-needs. The Wal Mart pick-up Roku TV works like a charm and is accessible to all!

Celebrities Grew Up Here!

The world famous Peace Frogs brand was started less then 15 minutes from the estate and wouldn't be the household name it is today without the efforts and naturally stunning looks of 17 year old Andrew Bryan
